Valeisha Butterfield is one of the nation's leading voices at the intersection of technology, entertainment, business, and philanthropy. An award-winning executive, entrepreneur, author, and speaker, she has spent more than two decades building and leading some of the world's most influential brands.

Her career has included senior leadership roles at Google, the White House, and the Recording Academy (GRAMMYs), where she led transformative initiatives spanning creator innovation, strategic partnerships, and business outcomes. 

Today, she equips the next generation of leaders through keynote speaking, executive advisory, masterclasses, and original content focused on leadership, personal branding, career growth, and the rise of the Corporate Creator. Her work empowers ambitious professionals to build influence, create opportunity, and lead with purpose in the boardroom and beyond.

She is the co-founder of the Women in Entertainment Empowerment Network (WEEN) and author of The Girlprint. A proud graduate and Trustee of Clark Atlanta University, Valeisha also serves on the boards of GRAMMY Global Ventures, the GRAMMYs Black Music Collective, and other organizations committed to advancing innovation and leadership.
